Complaints form

To make a complaint to Natural Hazards Commission Toka Tū Ake about the service you received from us, a breach of the Code of Insured Persons’ Rights, or something else related to natural hazards insurance, please fill in the form below. We’ll need some information about your complaint and how to get in touch with you.

The person assigned to investigate your complaint will contact you within 5 working days to acknowledge the complaint. Once they are in touch, you will have an opportunity to share more information about the complaint.
